Tickets Bolivia charges a commission that represents a small percentage of the total cost of the tickets. This amount varies: in more expensive tickets, the commission percentage is smaller. Administration fees include the management of the issuance of bus tickets, reservations and coordination with the bus companies. They are not reimbursable under any circumstance and are independent of the cost of the ticket. These administration fees will be applied again in the case of reimbursement of funds, if the conditions of the tickets so permit (except in situations where they are not requested by the buyer). During the purchase process, it is important that the passenger carefully check the screen that shows the breakdown of the total amount to be paid, including: the cost of the tickets, taxes and commissions. If the passenger does not agree with the amount to be charged, he or she can leave the system at that moment and the purchase will not be made.
